Its Founder and Director, Faith Tyler, is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and has a successful management / people development career spanning over a decade.

Faith has worked as a Training & Development specialist, within HR in a wide variety of different business’s and sectors. These include, retail, transport, education and construction. She is increasingly drawn on by small and large organisations who wish to unlock the potential of their managers and people.
